LA SFIDA DI GAIA E DEL POPOLO A VENIRE
SCOPRIRE L’ETICA DELL’ALLEANZA DI FRONTE ALLA FINE DEL MONDO
Andrea Bonato e Gioacchino Orsenigo
This paper aims to introduce a different approach and, above all, a different way to stay-in and dwell the contemporary era we are now used to call Anthropocene, the time in which humankind become a geological force. Indeed, whereas varius narrations tend to assume apocalyptic tones, the authors try to define a gaze detournement, looking at those people of the Earth who have never been modern and have already experienced something like the end of (their) world. Facing the collapse of Western understanding of the world and its inhabitants (human and non-human), we are called to build up a new way to dwell the becoming. This means to start asking how, while the classic philosophical question has always been what, defining a new ethics of Alliance and seeking a new people of interspecific fraternity.
